No refund shall be issued if the User provides an incorrect contact number for the “Call with Service Provider” feature. The User must ensure availability and network coverage. Any call successfully connected shall be deemed as service rendered, and no refund shall be applicable.

35.DeductionsfromRefunds

All approved refunds shall be subject to deduction of applicable transaction charges levied by banks or payment gateways, shipping or courier charges, customs duties (if any), and any other costs incurred by the Website/App in processing or delivering the service.

36.TransactionIssues

In case of server issues such as slow response, failure, or session timeout, the User is advised to verify whether the bank account has been debited before initiating another transaction:

  • If debited, the User must refrain from making a second payment and contact customer support immediately.
  • If not debited, the User may proceed with a fresh transaction.

In the event of duplicate payments for the same order, the excess amount shall be refunded in full without deduction, and Website/App shall retain only the amount corresponding to a single valid order.

37.OrderCancellation Website/App

The Website/App reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of service unavailability, pricing errors, or inaccuracies. If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, the amount shall be refunded.

By requesting a refund, the User consents to VASTUSAROVAR’s quality audit team accessing chat transcripts and/or call recordings for the purpose of evaluating the eligibility of the refund request.

39.WalleRefunds

Approved refunds may be credited to the User’s VASTUSAROVAR Wallet. The quality audit team may, on a best-effort basis, provide partial or full refunds where service quality standards are not met. The review process may take up to seventy-two (72) hours.

40.EligibleGroundsforRefundConsideration

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Network issues resulting in interrupted or poor-quality communication (e.g., weak signal, background noise, inaudible audio);
  • Consultant’s inability to communicate fluently in the stated language;
  • Excessive delay in consultant response;
  • Irrelevant or inappropriate responses provided by the consultant.

41.AccuracyDisclaimer

No refund shall be granted on the grounds of perceived lack of accuracy of any consultation. VASTUSAROVAR does not guarantee the factual accuracy or outcomes of consultations and shall not be held liable in this regard.

42.USER OBLIGATION

The User (including both Service Providers and Member Customers) agrees to comply with the Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and all other policies prescribed by Website/App from time to time. The User represents and warrants that they are an individual acting in a personal capacity and not a corporation or other legal entity. The right to use the Website/Application and its services is strictly personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive.

While accessing or using Website/App, including engaging in any form of communication or interaction on the platform (including forums, listings, or services), the User shall not:

The User shall, as and when required, provide accurate and complete banking and payment information for the purpose of availing services on the Website/App. In this regard, the User agrees to the following obligations:

72.Use of Display names by Service Providers

  1. VASTUSAROVAR may assign, approve, or permit Service Providers to use a display name, screen name, pseudonym, or professional name on the Platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Display Name”). The Display Name may differ from, and is not required to correspond with, the Service Provider’s legal, registered, or real name. Such Display Name shall serve as the primary identifier visible to Users on the Platform.
  1. The Platform verifies Service Providers in accordance with its internal verification, onboarding, and compliance policies, as well as applicable law. The use of Display Names is intended to enhance user experience, ensure privacy, and facilitate professional presentation, and shall not, in itself, be construed as misrepresentation, impersonation, or fraudulent conduct.
  1. In the event of any complaint, dispute, or legal issue arising in connection with services provided through the Platform, VASTUSAROVAR may, where required

  1. Except to the extent required under applicable law, VASTUSAROVAR shall not be liable for any misunderstanding, confusion, or misidentification arising solely from the difference between a Service Provider’s Display Name and their legal or registered name.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 18. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. They are non-transferable, non-redeemable, and cannot be withdrawn as cash.The Wallet includes: Real Service Credits (purchased via payment methods), and Virtual Service Credits (promotional or bonus credits).All credits are subject to expiry, usage rules, and conditions set out herein.
