CANCELLATION AND REFUND

01.RefundAfterProcessingStage

No refund shall be processed for any order of reports once the order has reached the “Processing” stage (i.e., assigned to a Service Provider). The User acknowledges that any order placed hastily or negligently is at their sole risk, and Website/App shall bear no responsibility for refund once processing has commenced.

02.VastuServicesRefundPolicy

No refund shall be granted once Vastu services have been processed and delivered. Any request for a refund must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours from the completion of the service and shall be subject to review by VASTUSAROVAR’s operations team. VASTUSAROVAR reserves the sole and absolute discretion to approve or reject such requests based on the nature of the issue and compliance with these Terms. In the event the User seeks to cancel an order prior to execution, the User must contact customer support within one (1) hour of payment. Any refund in such cases shall be granted solely at the discretion of the Website/App.

03.TechnicalIssues

No refund shall be provided for any delay or disruption caused by technical issues, including but not limited to system glitches or delays during report generation by the Service Provider. All timelines displayed are indicative and approximate, and reasonable efforts shall be made to adhere o them.

04.IncorrectInformatioNProvidedbyUser

No refund shall be issued where incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information has been provided by the User. The User is solely responsible

for verifying all information prior to submission. Requests for correction may be considered only if raised with customer support within one (1) hour of service execution.

05.DamagedProductsandReturns

No refund shall be processed for products damaged after delivery. The User assumes full responsibility for any damage caused post-delivery. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if a product is returned, the User shall be liable for applicable product costs and shipping, courier, or customs charges.

06.Pro-rataRefunds

Refunds on a pro-rata basis may be considered in cases of delay in activation of subscription services. Any damage to products during transit shall be addressed by the Website/App or its logistics partners. Upon successful verification, refunds, if applicable, shall be processed within ten (10) business days.

07.ProductRepresentationDisclaimer

Product images displayed on the Website/App are for reference purposes only. While reasonable efforts shall be made to deliver products in a condition similar to that displayed, minor variations may occur. No refund shall be granted on such grounds.

08.CallFeatureResponsibility

No refund shall be issued if the User provides an incorrect contact number for the “Call with Service Provider” feature. The User must ensure availability and network coverage. Any call successfully connected shall be deemed as service rendered, and no refund shall be applicable.

09.DeductionsfromRefunds

All approved refunds shall be subject to deduction of applicable transaction charges levied by banks or payment gateways, shipping or courier charges, customs duties (if any), and any other costs incurred by the Website/App in processing or delivering the service.

10.TransactionIssues

In case of server issues such as slow response, failure, or session timeout, the User is advised to verify whether the bank account has been debited before initiating another transaction:

  • If debited, the User must refrain from making a second payment and contact customer support immediately.
  • If not debited, the User may proceed with a fresh transaction.

In the event of duplicate payments for the same order, the excess amount shall be refunded in full without deduction, and Website/App shall retain only the amount corresponding to a single valid order.

11.OrderCancellation Website/App

The Website/App reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of service unavailability, pricing errors, or inaccuracies. If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, the amount shall be refunded.

12.AuditandVerificationforRefunRequests

By requesting a refund, the User consents to VASTUSAROVAR’s quality audit team accessing chat transcripts and/or call recordings for the purpose of evaluating the eligibility of the refund request.

13.WalleRefunds

Approved refunds may be credited to the User’s VASTUSAROVAR Wallet. The quality audit team may, on a best-effort basis, provide partial or full refunds where service quality standards are not met. The review process may take up to seventy-two (72) hours.

14.EligibleGroundsforRefundConsideration

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Network issues resulting in interrupted or poor-quality communication (e.g., weak signal, background noise, inaudible audio);
  • Consultant’s inability to communicate fluently in the stated language;
  • Excessive delay in consultant response;
  • Irrelevant or inappropriate responses provided by the consultant.

15.AccuracyDisclaimer

No refund shall be granted on the grounds of perceived lack of accuracy of any consultation. VASTUSAROVAR does not guarantee the factual accuracy or outcomes of consultations and shall not be held liable in this regard.
